We are cooperating with Posti. Products in storage are sent in 2-5 days after ordering. In case we don´t have the wanted product in storage we will announce the delivery time personally. When the order has arrived you will receive the arrival advice to your home address. Products can then be retrieved from the selected post office.
We are following the pricing of Posti which concerns the weight and size of the order.
Deliveries are aimed to take to Posti during next few working days. Temporarily finished products are aimed to remove from the web shop immediately, however, in case we don´t have the wanted product in storage we will announce the delivery time personally. If you like we can also send the whole order immediately after receiving the missing product. We are pursuing to deliver the orders as completer. In case of having a chronic shortage of a product the order can also be delivered in parts.
Returning/changing the product:
The right to return or change the product is 7 days according to the consumer protection act. Products can be sent to Vanity Case/ wannabe.fi, Tullintori, Tullikatu 6, 33100 Tampere, Finland. Enclosed information about the product, the reason for returning or changing it and in case of changing to which product you are willing to change. The returned or changed products must definitely be unused, vendible and price tags attached.
Returning a defected product:

Defective product will be changed only to a new product with same title. The seller will not compensate the costs result from the returns unless it has been agreed with the seller beforehand.
Unfortunately, despite of careful packaging the post does not always succeed to deliver package as intact to the destination. In case of the package is damaged while post´s delivery, pls do a damage notification immediately to your post office. also contact the seller an we will agree delivering a new product.
