Shipment:
We are cooperating with Posti. Products in storage are sent in 2-5 days after ordering. In case we don´t have the wanted product in storage we will announce the delivery time personally. When the order has arrived you will receive the arrival advice to your home address. Products can then be retrieved from the selected post office.
International delivery: We deliver via post. Delivery times to the Nordic Countries 2-5 working days, the rest of Europe 3-7 working days and outside the EU 6-14 working days. We use Paytrial as a payment intermediary.

We are following the pricing of Posti which concerns the weight and size of the order.
Delivery:
Deliveries are aimed to take to Posti during next few working days. Temporarily finished products are aimed to remove from the web shop immediately, however, in case we don´t have the wanted product in storage we will announce the delivery time personally. If you like we can also send the whole order immediately after receiving the missing product. We are pursuing to deliver the orders as completer. In case of having a chronic shortage of a product the order can also be delivered in parts.
Returning/changing the product:
All returns and exchanges must be agreed with the merchant in advance. The right to return and exchange is 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. You must include information about the product, the reason for the return or exchange and, in the case of an exchange, also information about which product you want to exchange for. The returned product must absolutely be unused, in saleable condition and with the tags in place. The customer is responsible for the return costs of the returned product. Wannabe.fi is responsible for the return costs of the exchanged product.
Returning a defected product:
All returns must always be agreed with the merchant in advance. The complaint period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. A defective product will only be exchanged for a new item of the same type. The merchant will not reimburse the costs incurred for the return unless the return has been agreed with the merchant. The merchant will not accept returns sent by cash on delivery.
Damaged deliveries:
Unfortunately, despite of careful packaging the post does not always succeed to deliver package as intact to the destination. Because of this it is good to check the condition of the package and possible damages when collecting the delivery. In case of the package is damaged while post´s delivery, pls do a damage notification immediately to your post office. also contact the seller an we will agree delivering a new product. All products ha the right of return or change of 7 days according to the consumer protection act.
