The wide panels on the hips feature metallic sail rings and black satin ribbons. Below the panels, the fabric gathers into a generous hem, finished with a black lace border and visible tulle underneath.
The skirt is designed to sit slightly below the waist, but it can also be worn at the waist. The combination of black and bright pink makes this Quinzel C color a particularly striking option when paired with a black top, sweater or blouse, for example.
There is a zipper closure at the back.
